Refill a compounded prescription
If refills remain on the prescription, you can start a guest refill on this page or call the pharmacy. If refills are gone, your clinician needs to send a new Rx before we can prepare more.
Refill as guest Call (714) 790-4085Guest refill request
Enter your contact info and at least one Rx number. You can add up to three prescriptions in one request.
Thank you. Your refill request was sent. We will call you back if we need anything else.
Prefer not to send details online? Call (714) 790-4085. Do not include diagnoses, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers. See our privacy notice.
Who can refill online
Patients with an existing compounded prescription on file that still has refills and has not expired. Guest refill is for convenience—it does not create a new clinical authorization.
Steps
- Use the guest refill form on this page or call (714) 790-4085.
- Confirm the medication and your callback number.
- We prepare the refill when the Rx allows and notify you for pickup.
When we will ask for a new prescription
Expired Rx, no refills left, or a change in dose or form. We will not stretch beyond what the law and the written order allow.
Compounded medications require a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber. Information on this page is educational and is not medical advice. Whether a compound is appropriate is a decision between you and your clinician.
Questions to ask
- How many refills are left?
- Has anything changed in the formula since last time?
- Should I contact my clinician for a new Rx?
