Who can refill online

Patients with an existing compounded prescription on file that still has refills and has not expired. Guest refill is for convenience—it does not create a new clinical authorization.

Steps

1. Use the guest refill form on this page or call (714) 790-4085.
2. Confirm the medication and your callback number.
3. We prepare the refill when the Rx allows and notify you for pickup.

When we will ask for a new prescription

Expired Rx, no refills left, or a change in dose or form. We will not stretch beyond what the law and the written order allow.
