Who transfers help
Patients who already have a compounded or transferable prescription elsewhere and want pickup at our Orange counter—or clinicians consolidating care with a compounding pharmacy that prepares the form they need.
Steps
- Submit the form on this page or call (714) 790-4085.
- Have the medication name, current pharmacy, and your callback number ready.
- We contact the other pharmacy and prepare once the prescription is in hand.
- We notify you for pickup when the compound is ready.
What to bring at pickup
ID and any notes about allergies or preferred flavors. Compounds are not always on the shelf like commercial tablets—timing varies by formula.
Safety limits
We can only transfer and prepare within what the law and the written order allow. If the original pharmacy cannot release the Rx, or refills are exhausted, your clinician may need to send a new prescription.
Compounded medications require a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber. Information on this page is educational and is not medical advice. Whether a compound is appropriate is a decision between you and your clinician.
Questions to ask
- Did you receive the transfer?
- Is anything still needed from my clinician?
- When should I plan to pick up?
